(Photo via LPGA.com)WILLIAMSBURG, VIRGINIA — Lexi Thompson shot a 6-under 65 on Sunday to finish off a wire-to-wire victory in the Kingsmill Championship with a tournament-record 20-under 264 total. World No.1 Lydia Ko of New Zealand held onto her spot atop the rankings by sharing 10th on 277 despite a final-round 73. Second-ranked Ryu So-Yeon of South Korea also shared 10th while the other rival who could have overtaken Ko, Thailand's Ariya Jutanugarn, shared 19th on 280. The victory, Thompson's eighth, gave her at least one in five consecutive seasons. In Gee Chun, playing with Thompson, shot a bogey-free 67, but was no match for the leader, finishing five shots back.
